The silk top lace front wig has French or Swiss lace around the perimeter and the top of crown contains a piece of silk (usually 4x4 or 5x5 in.) through which individual hairs are injected into fine nylon Monofilament mesh. Since the hairs are not secured by knots, the result is a more nature undetectable lace wig system. A layer of flesh-coloured pure silk material is added underneath in critical lace wig areas so that when it is parted it looks even more realistic than a full lace wig. Creating the appearance of a scalp with hair growing out of it, this is a great feature as the knots are hidden under the silk base and are not visible.
